My friend here has small eyes, and in this photo it is very difficult to see her eyes. To me, her eyes look black and there are no whites. This is the wrong way to wear eyeliner if you have small eyes. I suggest putting a thin line of black or brown on your top lash line and maybe winging it out, and instead of putting a line on the bottom with the same color, i suggest using a skin colored pencil, or white. These colors will help your eyes pop and it will bring out the whites in your eyes. Unfortunately, i don't have a picture of her wearing eyeliner correctly, but I hope these tips helped you!
